Easy AMZ Prep Center is your team on the ground in Canada. We receive your inventory, prep it to Amazon’s requirements and ship it into Amazon.ca fulfillment centres, so brands from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand can sell in Canada without opening a Canadian office.
Why Amazon.ca, and why now
- Same Seller Central, new market. If you already sell on Amazon.com, you can list in Canada from your existing North America account.
- Amazon stopped prepping in Canada. As of July 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers prep and item labelling services for FBA shipments in the Canada store. Inventory must arrive labelled and prepped, which is exactly what we do.
- Two warehouses, both coasts of the market. Cochrane, Alberta (Calgary area) for Western Canada and Paris, Ontario for Eastern Canada.
What we handle for international sellers
- Receiving and inspection of your parcels, pallets and containers, with photos of any damage.
- FBA prep: FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, bundling and kitting to Amazon’s rules.
- Shipments to Amazon.ca by UPS or LTL, plus forwarding to Amazon USA when you need it.
- Storage in Canada so you can replenish Amazon quickly instead of shipping from overseas every time.
- FBM and Shopify orders shipped to Canadian customers from our warehouse.
- Returns and removals received, inspected and re-prepped in Canada.
- Remote hands: custom tasks you would normally do yourself if you were here.
Importing into Canada as a non-resident: the short version
Most of our international clients import as a non-resident importer (NRI), meaning your company is the importer of record without being based in Canada. The usual pieces are:
- A Canadian business number with an import/export account from the Canada Revenue Agency.
- GST/HST registration, if your Canadian sales require it. Your accountant will confirm.
- A CARM Client Portal account with the Canada Border Services Agency, including the security (bond) importers post for release of goods.
- A customs broker to clear your shipments.
- Bilingual labelling (English and French) for consumer products sold in Canada.
We have walked overseas brands through each of these steps and work alongside your customs broker and accountant, so your first shipment arrives ready to prep. This page is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Canadian company to sell on Amazon.ca?
Usually not. Many foreign brands sell on Amazon.ca and import as a non-resident importer. You will need the registrations listed above, and we can guide you through them.
Can you receive shipments from the UK, Australia or New Zealand?
Yes. We receive international parcels, LTL freight and containers at both warehouses, then prep and forward to Amazon.ca.
Which warehouse should I use?
Ontario (Paris, ON) is closest to the Toronto area and Eastern Canada. Alberta (Cochrane, near Calgary) serves Western Canada. Ask us and we will recommend one based on your shipping route; see our Calgary FBA prep page for Alberta details.
What time zone do you work in?
Our teams are in Mountain and Eastern time. We answer email and WhatsApp messages from clients in other time zones every day.
